Introduction to Improvisation

Introduction To Improv is  a 2.5 hour workshop designed to help you be present in the moment, sharpen your creativity, communicate more effectively, and have an excellent time!

You might be wondering if you need to be funny or brilliant to do improv – you don’t. All you need is the desire for fun, challenge, and maybe even change.

In our introductory class, you'll explore the fun of learning improv exercises, being present in the moment, working as a team, and laughing together.

And interestingly, it turns out that improv isn't just fun, it's good for us! The opportunity to play with intent and focus like we did when we were kids enhances not only our ability to stay intellectually sharp, but our childlike ability to be spontaneous and unafraid in the moment.

Our culture emphasizes having fun and challenging ourselves in a safe, nurturing environment, and our unique methodology teaches you a logical, step-by-step process that is easy to understand and apply.

And if you like the class, take a look at the Practice Improv series that start every couple of months.
